PERFECT FOR SPORT & FITNESS CLUBS OR CORPORATE GROUPS
I offer three styles of restorative fitness workshops that cater specifically to groups or clubs. These workshops are based on the principles of yoga, pilates, and meditation, and can also be tailored to meet each group’s needs.
These workshops are the perfect way to prepare your body and mind for upcoming events such as City2Surf and corporate triathlons. They can be purchased as a package of three and delivered over a number of days or weeks leading up to the event.
Strength & Stability
Expect to get a little sweaty! This class is Pilates inspired and designed to help strengthen core muscles and develop good hip, shoulder and pelvic stability all while getting your heart rate up. I’ll also teach you how to improve your posture to ensure that you perform at your best.
Mobility & Flexibility
In this class I’ll teach you how to stretch your muscles safely, release tight fascia and improve the movement and function of joints. We’ll keep things slow with a gentle yoga routine.
Meditation, Mindset & Breathing
This session is all about developing a winning mindset through meditation, improved diaphragmatic breathing and reducing stress and anxiety. I’ll teach you all the techniques you need to know to calm your mind, sharpen your focus and cool down your nervous system.
