I wanted to say a big thank you to Bree for a fantastic restorative yoga session at the SLSA National Leadership College. It was the perfect opportunity for our participants to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation after an exhausting week at the College. I’m a regular, competitive runner and my body easily gets stiff.  I found Bree’s classes really helpful to loosen up, stretch and strengthen all over. Bree’s class style is dynamic yet relaxing and the time seemed to fly!

The reason I like doing Bree’s classes is because she’s a runner herself and has a background in yoga as well as Pilates. The mobility and stability that she teaches are the foundation steps and the pathway to moving well, whilst moving often. I personally run on the grass or sand and Bree’s classes have given me the power and endurance every runner needs. If you are a runner you must head along for a class for a better running you.

Wednesday evenings are a scheduled ‘me time’ indulgence. This time is dedicated to stretching, strengthening and releasing tension in my body. Breeza combines yoga, pilates and meditation specifically tailored to me. I’ve been resolving to commit to regular yoga classes for years and never made it to a class. Ever since I signed up to 1:1 classes, I haven’t missed a beat and am seeing increased strength, flexibility and focus in myself every week. I’m addicted to Breeza’s infectious happy, healthy outlook which helps me to focus on nurturing my mind and body more. And on top of all of this, Wednesday nights are my best sleep of the week!
