1:1 COACHING

How does it work?

Pre-session: You’ll complete a short questionnaire that will help me to understand your goals, current issues and what’s currently holding you back.

Training:

Pilates Mat: In the initial session, we’ll do a Functional Movement Screen (FMS), which is a practical assessment that measures seven fundamental movement patterns and helps to identify limitations or asymmetries in the body. We’ll use the FMS to retest and track your progress. Based on your results from the FMS, you’ll complete tailored exercises and I’ll provide hands-on alignment corrections, guidance and support.

Yoga: We begin our session with meditation and pranayama (breathing exercises). We’ll continue with asana in either hatha vinyasa or yin yoga styles. I’ll provide hands-on alignment corrections, guidance and support.

Post-session: I’ll provide you with exercises, nutrition tips and practices that you can start to incorporate into your lifestyle to ensure you’re making permanent positive changes.

COST: $75 (1HR)

Please note that 1:1 private sessions are only available to those living in the Lower North Shore and Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. Pilates reformer sessions are only available at my home in Mosman.

FOLLOW-UP SESSIONS

What does the follow-up session include?

1hr of practical exercises tailored to your needs, complete with hands-on alignment corrections and support.

Retesting using the FMS system.
