I’ll spend time getting to know you, the way you train, what motivates you, your strengths/weaknesses and your weekly schedule, and then I’ll tailor-make sessions to compliment and achieve your goals.

I cater for athletes of all ages, abilities and levels of competency. All you need is to set-up your FREE online athlete account with TrainingPeaks.

TRAININGPEAKS

Many athletes use the popular online training platform TrainingPeaks. Accessed through a FREE app on your iPhone, Android or on the web, it’s easy to use and a central location where you can log your workouts, plan your season, analyse your heart rate, power, pace and other data, and most importantly communicate directly with a coach.

Each week or month I will upload your restorative training sessions into your TrainingPeaks calendar. You’ll complete the sessions and provide me feedback in the notes. Each session will have a link to video or photos and notes so you’ll be safely guided through the session. 

Many athletes are already working with a run/swim/cycle/tri performance coach and are receiving their weekly cardio sessions via the app. The restorative sessions I set directly compliment these workouts.

So each week you’ll have the perfect strategy for achieving your best results; you’ll perform, restore, repeat.

RESTORATIVE SESSIONS

Following our initial 1:1 consultation, I will tailor-design sessions to suit your aims, ability and schedule. The range of sessions I can plan for you may include:

– Basic stretch
– Yoga for athletes (Vinyasa Flow: strengthen & stretch OR Yin: Slow fascia release)
– Joint mobility
– Joint stability
– Core strength
– Resistance training (minimal or no equipment needed)
– Meditation: Calm mind and breath
– Mindset: Clear the fears and harness the win
– Foam roller and self-myofascial techniques

Each online session is between 5-30 minutes, depending on your needs and schedule.

Best suited to beginners, those who need assistance with alignment and form, or those returning from injury (must have Doctor’s/physio clearance)

MONTHLY PLAN $39/MONTH

A 4-week schedule of tailor-made restorative sessions

No adjustments to the schedule Instructional videos, photos and notes

Monthly phone call/Skype to discuss progress

Best suited to regular athletes with a good knowledge of fitness and body mechanics and who are injury free.

Both plans also incur a $50 initial phone or Skype consultation and administration fee.
